Can I register for a Retail Account on www.A4.com?

YES! Registering as a retail customer will allow you to track orders, view your order history and more. Just click the Log-in/Register button at the top of the page and choose "Register for a Retail Account".

Can I become an A4 Dealer?

YES! We’d love to have you as a customer. Please click on "Become a Dealer" at the top of this page, complete the New Customer Application and submit it to contact@A4.com. Please submit your state resale or business license along with your application. We’ll get in touch just as soon as we have your completed application and resale or business license.

Can I get payment terms?

Standard terms are Net 30 with approved credit. To apply, please download and complete the Business Credit Application and send it to contact@a4.com along with all requested documentation.

Do you accept credit cards?

YES! A4 accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Please note we offer a 3% discount for payment via terms.

Will my order ship today?

YES! Confirmed and credit approved orders received by 3:00 pm P.S.T. for in stock merchandise will generally ship the same day. Orders that call for label change will be shipped within two working days.

Does A4 offer decorated products?

YES! These orders are a little more complicated so please contact our Custom Department at 323-585-0550.

Does A4 offer pricing promotions?

YES! We offer specials all the time. When you register for an account, we require and email address and use that to send vital information like order and shipping confirmations, and to keep you informed about our specials.

Can I return items?

YES! If there was a problem with your order, we’ll fix it. Please contact our wonderful Customer Service Team for a return authorization. If there was no issue with your shipment, we hope you understand that we need to charge a 15% restocking fee. Please check our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Can I pick up my order at A4?

YES! Please allow 4 hours to process your order and we’ll have it ready when you arrive.

Can I speak with someone about problems with the product I received?

YES! We’re sorry there was an issue with your order. Please let one of our great Customer Service Representatives resolve the issue by calling 323-585-0550 within five days of receiving your shipment.
